Wow what a run! We did a 5:1 run/walk combo and it worked great. My last long run didn't feel good, so I was pretty worried. But no problems. Knees felt good and I was happy up until the last mile.

This blog is to highlight all that is running in my life. Oh, and maybe a little swimming, cycling, the odd kayak trip, hiking, trail running, skiing if I take that up and just about everything physical (except that...get your mind out of the gutter).
